The ARC program is designed to help everyone within the reentry ecosystem, including court personnel. Our centers are third party work release centers, because we house, employ, supervise, and monitor activities of participants using ReentryApp and ReentryPay, the first GPS-power connectivity apps for case managers.
Our new safety driven Reentry App helps case managers monitor and supervise offenders remotely from any device using location tracking, geotagging, and video check ins. We provide case managers -- judges, prosecutors, classification officers, court referral officers, parole and probation officers, and court personnel -- with the following services:
Real-time 24/7 monitoring and supervision of offenders
Remote check-ins at any time
Video check-ins w/ case officer
GPS tracking and geotagging
Monthly report logging
Weekly case evaluations
Reduced time and paperwork
Case managers can use their Reentry Centers software account and/or companion cell phone app to monitor and track the locations and activities of their assignees in real time from anywhere in the U.S., making their jobs faster, easier, safer.
Watch testimonials of some of the many participants that have been through the ARC program and found a way to a better life. Hear firsthand from people who've been through the legal system and see how their lives were transformed as they found a new path to success by completing our program.
Case managers can refer and/or divert candidates to the ARC as part of the legal and rehabilitative process. We usually have bed space available and can accept groups of up to 20 candidates at a time.
We accept most offenders, provided they are ready to change their lives in a positive manner, are willing to abide by our program's rules, and are ready, willing, and able to accept the job we give them.
To refer candidates to the ARC program, use the button below and send us an email about them.
(You may upload file attachments your the email, if needed, using the 'Attach Files' paperclip icon.)
If candidates have internet access, they can submit an online application here using the button below.
For those who do not have internet access, printable and downloadable hardcopies of the application form can be found below, along with a sample motion for diversion into the ARC program that can be filed in any court, a copy of our resident handbook, and brochures about the ARC program.
Our ‘Reentry Solution’ program is designed to help court personnel manage their heavy caseloads and alleviate the state’s overcrowded prison systems by providing judges with an additional sentencing option. Judges now have additional beds available at our facilities in which we can house low-to-mid level offenders that pose minimal risk to public safety.
Designed for post-release offenders and pre-trial detainees, we monitor and place eligible participants back into Alabama’s workforce under strictly controlled and supervised conditions using the latest software and cell phone technology. We place them on a jobsite within a week of their arrival and they will begin earning wages immediately. Participants must be “ready, willing, and able to work” upon admission. During their 6-months in the program, we provide life skills coaching and financial literacy education so they can save up money and transition to more permanent housing (house or apartment) on their own, while continuing to work the job we placed them at after they exit our program.
Essentially, we operate as external privatized work release facilities. We maintain a ‘zero tolerance’ policy concerning drug use and perform routine urinalysis drug testing, as well as random drug sweeps with drug-sniffing K-9 dogs and search teams. We expect participants to be drug free prior to admission into the program.
As the fastest growing reentry business in America, our program has been statistically proven to address the underlying root causes of crime and reduce recidivism rates – making it one of the most effective and successful programs in the nation – all at zero costs to taxpayers or state budgets.
At this time, the ARC has available bedspace for both men and women, but we cannot take sex offenders. Violent offenders and drug offenders are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We are a completely self-funded, privately-owned, for-profit business that operates alongside state courts and prison systems to provide a workable model that allows prospectively and formerly incarcerated people to get back on their feet and break the cycle of crime and poverty. We are the program that works, the 1st choice in 2nd Chance... the ‘Reentry Solution’.
